The bathroom in the property has been fitted with a toilet, sink, and bathtub with overhead shower attachment. There is also a heated towel rail attached to the wall. All bills can be added to the price of the property at an additional cost per week for the convenience of each tenant. Parking is also available outside the property for those tenants who wish to bring their vehicle with them to Bangor. The property is located just a short walk away from the main University and all local amenities including shops, cafes and supermarkets. The public transport links are good with the train station being very close by.
