When you choose us to manage your property, we first create a detailed property appraisal (this will be individual to each property if you are looking for us to manage a portfolio) and asset management plan. We can then provide you with proposed rental guarantees and fees. We will also introduce you to our local property portfolio, so you can be fully comfortable with the high standards we expect and maintain. Once you are happy with this, we will provide a contract that confirms what we will do and when and, most importantly, what you can expect in rental return.
Management fees are normally based around 10 – 15% of gross rental income, however this is dependent on the condition of the property and the work required to maintain or renovate it.
