Established in 2005 to provide luxury private accommodation to Bangor students, Varcity Living has since grown dramatically to manage over 900 bedrooms in over 300 houses. During this time, we’ve maintained our core values of customer satisfaction, professionalism and reliability and managed to deliver our wealth of experience and expertise to our customers across all aspects of the business.
Over the years we have developed our services to incorporate both property sales and residential lettings, as well as continuing to expand our student accommodation offering within Bangor. All of our staff are proud to be part of a dedicated and professional in-house team that has provided invaluable letting advice and first-rate customer service for over a decade. The majority of our staff know first-hand what it’s like living in Bangor, having lived here all their life or having fallen in love with the local area after studying at Bangor University. As a result they know everything there is to know about the city and that you can’t get better than Varcity Living accommodation.
